I scored 8 out of 24 on the stress test, to be honest, I don't believe this stress test is accurate. The reason why is because I am very rarely ever stressed although I do put off schoolwork until late, I am on top of it in my own way. Whenever I am stressed it is usually because I don't get to have any free time, if I am stuck all day doing chores and no free time, it will stress me out very much. The way that I deal with it is I stay up later in order to have at least some free time, although it doesn't really stop me from being stressed out, it reduces the amount of stress that I already have to deal with. Other than that though, the only other thing that can stress me out is big projects, and I tend to take those out as fast as I can so that I'm not stressed out too much by them.

  1. I do agree that the test may not be too accurate because I do feel more stressed than it says. Free time can help with stress because it can give you time to clear your mind and just relax.

  2. I agree with you about it not being so accurate. I don't think it asked the right questions to really know were your stress level really is.

  3. I agree, getting done with big projects early can prevent a lot of stress in the future. Especially since projects are done over a longer time span.

  4. I think it is accurate I think you do have some stress maybe not in the academic portion of your life but there is some there. Maybe it is a relationship, your family, or even lack of free time. It can be overwhelming to have school and come home to nothing but house chores. So I think maybe you should consider that you may have stress away from the academic side of things.
